We hope you enjoy using Embryolisse products as much as we enjoy creating them for you. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, please read the instruction below.

Can I cancel or change my order ?

Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders or change them once they are placed on the website. However, you can refuse the package at the door. If the packaging remains intact, ICS Courier should not charge the return of the package to the shipper.

How do I return?

Please wait for approval and instructions before sending your products back.

What items are returnable?

Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment
In original condition
In the original packaging

What items are non-refundable?

Final sale/Clearance merchandise
Used, Opened or damaged items
Discontinued products
Products that are not in their original packaging

Are there any charges for return?

Original shipping charges are non-refundable (including free shipping cost) and you are responsible for return shipping charges - Exceptions: for wrong product received, damaged product or skin reaction, all shipping costs will be covered.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 12 business days.

Pack all the returned items, along with a print off of your confirmation of purchase email. Please use the box the items arrived in
Go to your local post office, or another courier, to ship the package
Please provide us the tracking number from post office or couriers if applicable. You can keep tracking your package by receiving email for shipment updates
