Due to the recent Covid-19 outbreak we want to reassure our customers we have put in place strict security and health protocols in our facilitiy, to ensure the safety of all. Our warehouse team currently processing online orders work in alternate shifts to practice social distancing guidelines. This and due to the abnormally large number of orders received processing time and returns could be impacted.
Furthermore, Canada Post is experiencing some difficulties right now to be on time on deliveries. We want to remind you all orders are shipped from Québec and deliveries to the west could take longer.
